If a staff member has a set working pattern you have an option of saving this work pattern as a default schedule. This can be done from the rota page first build the schedule for the staff member.
Right click on the staff members name to reveal a list of options, select “Save schedule as default”.
Once a default schedule is in place for a staff member when you select “Build new rota” you will get the option to create a rota with the default schedule.
