It is important for HR and Payroll to have an accurate view of how many time off requests exist, which types of time off were taken, i.e. usual options such as sickness and holiday compared to less frequent options like jury duty.
This also impacts payroll and the wages; think taking unpaid leave will impact the wages paid.
It is therefore important to regularly have a look at the Unresolved Time Off Requests and resolve them.
This video shows how to access unresolved time off requests and how to resolve them.
Navigation: Log In > select Time Off fro the menu.
Another option is Unresolved Requests.
Select Time Off from the menu > select Unresolved Requests.
Unresolved requests are displayed in the same table format as All Requests for [the current month], however, here we only see requests that have not been actioned. In other words, here we see requests with the status Requested, but not the statuses Approved, Declined, Cancelled, or Under Review.
Note, that you can action the requests using the Editing Pen button. It is important to action unresolved requests before your payroll cut off date. Having unresolved requests on the platform will create problems for your payroll department. We recommend to review and action unresolved request regularly (on a weekly basis).
After selecting the Editing Pen button an overlay window will appear in which you can resolve the request. adjust the status and select Submit.
